Hoy rumbo al trabajo en la ruta 406 puse la que era mi radio local en Cancun. Y puede ser por todas las chamarras o la gran cantidad de gente en el camoon pero me senti en calorcito

Dime como es tu atencion a clientes y te digo que vendes

La atencion a clientes es algo tan importante como el producto que vendes, pero que pasa cuando el de la tienda de enfrente vende exactamente lo mismo que tu, ya sea el mismo telefono la misma pelicula cafe...etc.

Los oxxos prefieren abrir un segundo oxxo a un lado del primero en vez de abrir la segunda caja.
Y ya son famosos por eso

En una sociedad donde el compromiso dura menos de 30 segundos pasar en una llamada de atencion a clientes mas de 30 minutos ya dice mucho

1 porque quieres que te resuelvan

2 porque es una buena atencion 

En mexico los centros de atencion telcel son cada vez mas grande.

Y puedo pensar 2 cosas la buena y la mala

Ooohh estan invirtiendo para una mejor atencion al cliente y que no haya esperas prolongadas y que gaya mas ejecutivos para atender.

Pero la mala es ... que a raiz de un pesimo servicio o constante problemas de facturacion equipo etc etc habia tan mal servicio a clie te aunado a sus otros problemas que la solucion es tener centros mas grandes
